Dave took over the business from his father, Geoff Cross.
In 2005 he expanded the company's reach to major blue-chip clients throughout Southern Africa.
Shaun Sutherland
Shaun is a Senior Manager who runs site supervision, handles quality control, and manages contract documentation, working closely with clients from the first quote to final sign-off.
Samson Mhlongo
As Site Manager, Sam brings decades of hands-on industrial expertise to every project, leading teams through complex furnace, boiler, and kiln relines with expert knowledge in bricklaying, casting, and guniting.
Lauren Sutherland
Lauren has been with the company for 20 years. She manages day-to-day business operations across departments, overseeing administration and corporate coordination to ensure every project runs smoothly from the ground up.
Stacy Toughey
Stacy handles human resources and financial administration, serving as the main point of contact for staff while managing payroll, accounts, and internal operations.
Erica Matthews
Erica keeps the office running smoothly by managing daily administration, documentation, communication and coordination between management, clients and suppliers.
